Heimo has over 40 years of diverse management experience in the mining industry. The position of General Manager at several mines of Outokumpu Group, with experience in mining in Australia and Ireland, has provided a solid foundation for the management and development of mining projects. 

He played an important role in leading the development process of an Australian Exploration Company into mining in Finland.

Heimo has several years of experience in mining auditing and infrastructure development consulting.
